In addition, we maintain Professional Indemnity and Client Money Protection Insurances as required by the Institution.
Broadgate Property Management was started in 1999 and has grown steadily since. We aim to stay small in terms of volume of clients and properties managed so that we can provide you with a very dedicated professional and personal service. We are a husband and wife team.
Martin has twenty years of post qualification experience in property management and Fiona brings a wealth of experience from business administration and personnel management. We do residential and commercial lettings and management, though the majority of our work is providing advice to residential investor landlords.
In addition to our lettings and management service we are able to provide advice on selection of suitable properties during the acquisition process and the refurbishment and conversion of properties to achieve the very best results.
