Buckinghams Residential is a new division of our long established Commercial Property Practice based in Cheshire. Since its start in 1984 the Practice has established an excellent professional reputation dealing with many multi-national property companies, yet tailoring the service to individual client requirements.
With the support of the infrastructure we have built up through dealing with the commercial property sector over the last 27 years we are opening up our streamlined procedures to the Residential Letting Market.
By speeding up the letting process, not only are landlords able to receive an income stream for their properties quicker, the costs to both landlords and tenants can be lowered.
We will maintain the degree of professionalism in our approach to the Residential Market, as for the commercial sector. We are members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and are an RICS regulated company. We are also a registered company in UKALA (The UK Association of Letting Agents).
We adopt a flexible approach to client’s requirements offering a range of services from straightforward letting of residential property to a full management service where we collect rentals and ensure a hassle free investment.
