Buckinghams of Romsey is an independent local property agent offering services in most, if not all of our industry sectors. Buckinghams was formed by Craig Buckingham in March of 2009. Craig was born in Romsey Hospital and attended Awbridge and Wellow Primary schools before attending Mountbatten Secondary School. This will be Craig’s seventeenth year in the industry and he has both overseen and set up many successful estate agents across Hampshire and Wiltshire. Contained in the website is a brief outline of the services we offer, over and above the sale and letting of residential property. We truly believe in our unrivalled customer service and with no contract tie in, we really aim to prove that to our clients! Coupled with this is the extended availability over the phone, seven days a week until 9pm.
This is very much a homecoming, having lived out of the area for some ten years. Buckinghams will focus on “giving back” to the local community as the Romsey office develops and evolves. We have a keen focus on local schools and the young generation of Romsey. With two young sons attending local schools there is certainly a vested interest! We will also be working hard to be as “green” as we can. We will be taking advice from many professionals on how we can increase or ability in this area and reduce our carbon footprint to a minimum. Top of the list is the amount of details needlessly printed and distributed whilst we move in to a much more IT based world.
Buckinghams are intent on offering the comprehensive services of corporate Estate Agents with the personal approach only an independent agent can offer. After all if we don’t sell houses we don’t survive!!
