We offer a full and comprehensive management service for Landlords incorporating inventories, a 24 hour emergency repair line for Tenants and periodic inspections. Also, in accordance with current Government legislation, we are members of the Tenancy Deposit Scheme.
Landlords can therefore be sure of receiving appropriate advice in the care and management of their properties whether fully managed or let only.
We believe as a company that Tenants should be provided with the same care and aftercare service as Landlords, and our 24 hour emergency repair line and in house maintenance staff are always available.
All bonds are held in a separate client account audited by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, and we are part of the Tenancy Deposit Scheme, so Tenants and Landlords can be sure that bonds are correctly held.
