With the addition of the Westbury-on-Trym branch opening in 2014 as a joint venture, together we are proud to serve the Westbury-on-Trym, Stoke Bishop, Sneyd Park, Brentry, Henbury, Southmead, Sea Mills and Shirehampton areas.

    Located in the heart of Henleaze, we specialise in both residential sales and lettings with a wide range of properties to suit every individual need, we also offer a dedicated property management service as well as new home and land sales. Our team are passionate about property and are committed to delivering a high standard of customer service.

    The key to any successful business is its people and our office is no different. The office is led by born-and-bred Bristolian Chris Hill who is a Member of the National Association of Estate Agents (MNAEA) and the Association of Residential Lettings Agents (ARLA). He is passionate about property having 30+ years industry experience and runs a total of eight branches in the area.

    Both Tim and George are both directors of Henleaze & Westbury-on-Trym and head up a large team split between the two offices. Between them and the rest of the team, they have 75 years' experience within Estate Agency and are both recognisable figures, having both grown up in the local area. As such, our team offers unrivalled knowledge of the region, extensive expertise across the local property market along with many of the team being Members of the National Association of Estate Agents (MNAEA).

    Valuation
    The first step is to meet with one of our experienced Valuers who will be able to make recommendations to maximise the sales potential of your property and advise on a realistic value. This service is provided free of charge and without obligation.

    Property Details
    Upon receipt of your instructions and signed terms of business agreement, we will:

    • Take high quality internal and external photographs by our trained team.
    • Measure the property and produce accurate floorplans
    • Carry out an EPC (if required)
    • Our administrators will then produce a high quality brochure with full room descriptions, measurements, photographs, floorplans and EPC graph.
    • We then will send these property details and all the photos we wish to display online to you for approval and make any suggested amendments.
    • Arrange for all members of our sales team to visit the property to meet our vendors and to familiarise themselves with all detail prior to discussing with potential purchasers.
    • List your property on our award-winning website, cjhole.co.uk, Rightmove, Zoopla and On the Market.
    • Add your property to our window displays
    • Feature your property in the Bristol Property Live local weekly newspaper.
    • Erect 'For Sale' board (with your approval)
    • Contact via phone and email our extensive database gathered from website enquiries and our branch network as well as face to face to find potential buyers
    • Measure the results of online marketing activity and advise of small changes that may help secure the sale of your property
    • All viewings will be accompanied by an experienced member of the sales team that has visited the property
    • Viewing appointments will be confirmed at least 24 hours before and viewing feedback will be delivered the next working day
    • All offers will be negotiated by a senior member of the sales team to negotiate the best possible price
    • All offers will be thoroughly qualified including acquiring proof of deposit and finances from any potential buyer before a sale is agreed
    • We have experienced dedicated sales progressors who will oversee the sale along with the Directors to keep you updated every step of the way to ensure that the sale goes through as smoothly as possible

    The Henleaze Office

    We are proud to have opened our doors over 40 years ago to the residents of Henleaze and the surrounding areas. During our time on this prominent high street we have seen it transform and we feel it is fair to say that it has never been as busy or popular as it is today.

    Here at CJ Hole Henleaze we feel that our role as an established estate agent on the high street is more than just selling houses, we see ourselves as an important part of the local community. We willingly involve ourselves with a number of local schools providing sponsorship and advertising for fairs and events.

    We are also part of the Henleaze Business Association which was set up with the main objective to ensure that the businesses in Henleaze work together in order to ensure that Henleaze High Street maintains its reputation of being a desirable place for consumers to spend their time.

    The key to any successful business is its people and our office is no different. Tim Pepper and George Mawer are both directors within the office and head up a large sales team. Both Tim and George grew up in the local area and between them and the rest of the sales team have 75 years' experience within Estate Agency and are recognisable figures within the area.

    Our office has itself transformed over the years and we have taken advantage of all the modern technology available to us. All of our properties are displayed in our window display and on rotation on a Flat screen TV inside our office. All members of staff have modern laptops and telephone equipment which allow them to dial out at a click of a button and also display the details of incoming calls in order for the right member of staff to deal with the enquiry.

    Our office is open 9am - 6.30pm Monday - Friday and 9am - 5pm on a Saturday so please feel free to pop in and meet the team to discuss and questions or queries you have about selling and buying or the local area.
