    Some people seem a little reluctant to give their details to agents but don't worry, we only want to help. The more information you can give us, the more chance we have of helping. You can call us, email us or register online. We will never sell/give or distribute your info to any other party so there is no need to worry and as stated, we are available to talk to you the majority of the time.

    We know how difficult it is arrange viewings through letting agents at a time that is convenient for you. We are happy to do viewings from 8am to 10pm, seven days a week. We confirm all our viewings via email with the full property address, including postcode, date and time of the appointment along with the negotiator who will be meeting you.

    Reserving the property
    Once you have decided on a property a 'holding deposit' will need to be paid so that the property can be reserved for you and references can be carried out. The deposit and first month's rent will then need to be paid on the day you pick up the keys. Please note for your safety and peace of mind all security deposits are registered and sent to the Deposit Protection Service.
