    The first step is to meet with one of our experienced Valuers from our Sales Department who will be able to make recommendations to maximise the sales potential of your property and advise on a realistic value. This service is provided free of charge and without obligation.

    Upon receipt of your instructions and signed terms of business agreement, we will:
    • Arrange for our sales team to visit the property to meet our vendors and to familiarise themselves with the property


    • Take high quality internal and external photographs by our highly trained in house photographer


    • Measure the property & produce floorplans


    • Carry out an EPC


    • Produce a property brochure with full description, photographs, 3D colour floorplans & EPC graphs from our in house administration team


    • Add your property to our state of the art window displays


    • List your property on our award-winning website, cjhole.com, Rightmove, Prime Location, Find a Property, Zoopla & many more


    • Feature your property in our local press coverage


    • Erect 'For Sale' board (with your approval)


    • Contact via phone and email our extensive database gathered from website enquiries and our branch network as well as face to face to find potential buyers


    • Measure the results of online marketing activity & advise of small changes that may help secure the sale of your property


    • All viewings will be accompanied by an experienced member of the sales team that has visited the property


    • Viewings will be confirmed at least 24 hours before and viewing feedback will be delivered by phone and online the next working day


    • All offers will be negotiated by a member of the sales team to negotiate the best possible price


    • All offers will be thoroughly qualified including acquiring proof of deposit and finances from any potential buyer before a sale is agreed

    The Bradley Stoke Office

    Bradley Stoke as an area was planned and created in the 1970s and 1980s as a residential hub for the employees of large businesses in the area such as Rolls-Royce and the Ministry of Defence. For areas richer in history, look at Stoke Gifford whose roots can be traced back to 1085, or the ancient market town of Thornbury with its 16th century castle that now functions as a hotel, or the pretty hillside village of Winterbourne.

    Our office opened its doors to the residents of Bradley Stoke and the surrounding areas in February 2006 and have been thriving ever since. Here at CJ Hole we feel that our role as an established estate agent is more than just selling houses, we see ourselves as an important part of the local community. We willingly involve ourselves with a number of local schools providing sponsorship and advertising for fairs and events.

    The key to any successful business is its people and our office is no different. Samantha Criddle, the Sales Manager has moulded a great sales team that work well together, to achieve the best for their clients. Samantha has been working in Bradley Stoke as an Estate Agent for over 18 years and the rest of the sales team have 50 years' experience within Estate Agency and are recognisable figures within the area.

It was very rare for me to have to chase anyone - they did what they said they would.       I was impressed that CJ Hole kept me informed throughout the home-buying process; my solicitor often posted documents to me with no indication that they had been sent and so there was a few days delay in correspondence, whereas Sam often emailed unprompted with extra information about how things were progressing. She was also able to arrange with the seller additional access to the property's garage the weekend before the completion date in order for me to move some furniture in advance. This was extremely helpful in the circumstances. Sam and the other staff were also very friendly in their communications in contrast to both my solicitors and other estate agents I've used. Hence in summary, I'd definitely recommend them and would use them in future myself.
