I confirm exchange has now taken place on both sale and purchase completion for 16th Nov. My clients are over the moon!

Thank you, you really did try everything with this guy and we really appreciate everything. I rang my husband up in floods of tears to say we'd exchanged, it was the relief and emotion of a very stressful weekend coming out. Bless him, he thought it had fallen through I was so upset. But all the tears of relief have gone now and starting to get excited about christmas in our new home. So glad you like the flowers, a small token of our appreciation for everything you tried with the ??!! I won't fill in the blanks, will leave that to your imagination!

Just wanted to say a massive massive thank you for all your hard work and dedication with my purchase at cheam close, I was honestly surprised with how fantastic you have both been. I used to work for countrywide residential lettings so I know that estate agents are not normally known for being the greatest help and hardworking, however this has not been the case with Cairds. You have made this experience for me as a first time buyer an absolute dream (honestly) I couldn't fault you both at all. My parents have also been impressed and are currently thinking about moving in the next year or two and have already said they would make their first stop at cairds and so will I when I'm ready to move again.

We recently dealt with Sam at Cairds Epsom. He was exceptionally professional. He made every effort to secure a deal for us but when this fell through he completed canvassing on our behalf and secured another property. We are sincerely grateful for everything Sam has done to support and help us find a new home.
