Particulars
We will provide you with a draft copy of your QUALITY COLOUR sales particulars for your perusal. These particulars will be compiled to present your home to the best possible standard in order to attract as many potential purchasers as possible. For the benefit of both vendor and estate agent, obligations under the Property Misdescription Act 1991 will be rigorously complied with. We will also encourage any additions or amendments you may wish for in accordance with the aforementioned act.

Advertising
We enjoy considerable exposure in the local media with coverage in the Evening Argus providing coverage throughout East and West Sussex. This amounts to a circulation of over 250,000 readers. Our established contacts with the local and regional press can at times provide further media coverage of an editorial nature.

Sale Boards
Our widely recognized 'FOR SALE' boards are renowned for providing effective enquiries for our clients' homes and are distinctive in design. In any market place it is imperative that every opportunity is taken to promote the sale of a property with the aim of reaching the maximum number of potential purchasers. Therefore with this in mind, and unless otherwise instructed we would erect a 'For Sale' board in the most prominent position available.

Viewings
We would never encourage chance callers for obvious security reasons. In the majority of cases, a member of staff will accompany prospective purchasers however; if due to prior arrangements we are unable to attend we will offer to arrange an alternative appointment.

Opening Times
Our offices are open from 9.00am to 6.00pm Mondays to Fridays and from 9.00am to 4.00pm on Saturdays.
