    Sue Winterbourne, Regional Manager, Lettings
    Sue has over 20 years' experience working in the lettings industry. Before joining the Romans Group in 2014 she worked for some of the largest letting agencies in the country and has experience across a wide spectrum of markets; from large complexes of one bedroom apartments in a city to luxurious mansions within private estates. Originally from West Yorkshire, Sue relocated to Surrey 20 years ago and has a vast amount of knowledge on property investment and letting in the local area.

    Dale Craft, Manager, Lettings

    Dale began his estate agency career back in 2002. Now with 13 years' experience in the Lettings Industry and ARLA qualified, he manages the residential lettings division of the West Drayton office.

    Dale has superb knowledge of the local area and believes his passion for customer service and naturally competitive nature is what drives him to go above and beyond others to achieve the best results for his clients. Working with both large blue chip companies and private landlords, Dale enjoys the variety and excitement his job offers, and looks forward to what each day has to offer.

    Outside of work, Dale enjoys all sports, having once been a keen and successful amateur boxer, and also played football. As time has gone on though, Dale finds himself increasingly running around after his two children. This has proved far harder than any boxing bout.

    Alfonso Amico, Senior Lettings Advisor

    Alfonso began his estate agency career 12 years ago, beginning his career in residential sales before taking the plunge into Lettings when the sales market crashed in the recession. Having grown up locally, Alfonso's local knowledge of the area goes beyond surface level market knowledge and he is therefore able to advise clients in areas where other agents can't from a place of honesty and experience.
