    Ladies and gents, if you are looking for a hardworking team that offers years.... (and I mean years)... of experience then make us your first port of call.

    My staff are loyal and have all been with me for a long time, which tells you a thing or two about Capital. Naturally they must all enjoy their job! I ensure that they all know their market inside out and also have time for everyone.

    Sometimes in the big boss write up you rarely hear that the business is my staff. All I can say is that I have a super team; They like a laugh but also know how to do their job incredibly well.

    I know that my team are doing things the right way, as not only do I hear it from clients but also from the number of industry awards that we have won.

    My motto, well two of them are "Straight talking, no nonsense, hardworking estate agents" and also "Communication, Communication, Communication! " As they say, "What it says on the Tin".....

Well Mr M must be doing something well as Paul has had many approaches from other estate agents to go and work for him (but Paul is also loyal) Married to Joanne with 3 Children that attend local Schools, Paul is a local man that puts customer service at the top of his priority list.

    Did you see Dave on the television?? He was the winner of Secret Interview on Channel 5 and also is a highly prized asset to my team. At the age of only 21 Dave has a head and sense of humour acquainted to a person many years in his advance. Dave's job is to handle the day to day viewings with tenants and to ensure everything runs smoothly from Holding deposit to move in. Also at the front line of sales, Dave deals with the majority of sales progression speaking to solicitors all day every day delivering updates to Vendors on a weekly basis!

    Adam Mierzynski. Trainee Negotiator

    Adam is one of our apprentices. We took on 2 apprentices and he is flourishing in the job and is just a nice sensible guy. To get a young guy to the office 6 days a week, looking dapper and always smiling is a task in itself. His main duties are to ensure the websites are completely up to date, property details look sensational and to make bookings for David and Michelle.

    Head of accounts, Frances' main job is to ensure that all the rents are up to date and to liaise with owners and tenants on managed properties. Frances also deals with the overseas landlord's tax and end of year Landlord accounts.

    When the washing machine doesn't work, the roof is leaking or the property has a problem... you don't call the "A" team you call Wendy! She the un-sung hero who deals with all property maintenance issues, she has a great rapport with our Managed Landlords and tried and tested contractors and deals with things in an unflappable manner! Her job also includes arranging regular property inspections which she reports to Landlords with a full colour inspection report.
