    We are Hannah and Phil Carr, a husband and wife team with over 18 years experience in property. Having worked for some of the big names in the industry, we decided to take the plunge and set up Carr Estates in March 2020 (yes, just before lockdown no. 1) and we haven't looked back since.

    At Carr Estates we set out to deliver a higher level of service than your normal High Street agent. The bespoke part of what we do lies in dealing with every one of our sales and customers in a unique way. To give everyone we deal with the time they deserve to ensure that you receive the best possible service and achieve the best possible results.

    BACKGROUND

    Hannah has spent most of her career working for some of the UK's largest estate agencies, including being on site and selling off plan in the new homes industry. She has also acted as a customer relationship manager dealing directly with many of the well known developers.

    Phil has a wealth of experience in property management, planning, and development. He has worked in both the private and public sectors acting on behalf of clients on a variety of matters.

    We are experienced and take personal interest in dealing with both listed and equestrian properties - Hannah enjoys riding and in our spare time we are renovating our listed home in Catworth.

    Together we make Carr Estates.
