    Simon moved back to Basingstoke from Winchester to open our new office in 1997 having first opened an office in Basingstoke back in 1987. With nearly 35 years experience he has seen the highs and lows of various property market cycles and is able to advise on a broad range of property. For the last 25 years he has lived in a cottage in the Test Valley to the west of Basingstoke.
