Members of the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA)
Established in 1987, all our branches belong to the National Association of Estate Agents, which is the body responsible for much of the legislation which has improved our profession. This includes all areas of renting and selling property, in particular the Property Misdescription Act (PMA) and the Estate Agents Act. As well as representing the industry in Parliamentary committees. Trained Staff
Our Sales, Clerical and Rental staff all attend regular training courses provided by the NAEA, and other bodies. These range from Building Construction, Legal Aspects of Estate Agency, Secretarial Efficiency and much more.
Fully Computerised
All our branches run fully computerised networks linking all PC's within the branch and between branches. Properties are presented on large computer screens with both interior and exterior photographs.

We Keep a computerised log of every viewing which takes place on your property and follow up each visitor for their comments. One of our staff will phone you within 24 hours of every viewing with a verbal report. If you are not available, we will send you a written report. See sample viewing log
Digital Cameras and Colour Details
We use the latest Digital Cameras to ensure high quality and high speed creation of your property particulars (usually with in 2-3 hours!). We produce high quality colour details and window cards with large photographs.
Advertising in the Local Press and on the Internet
To ensure maximum exposure, as well as advertising in the local newspapers, we present all properties on the Internet too. This means that your property can be seen 24hours a day and 7 days a week, even if it misses being advertised in the local press on any particular week. We always include our website address in any advertising. Please note that all properties are presented on the Internet using optimised photographs to ensure speedy download for your potential customers.
After-Sales Service
Each branch employs a dedicated sales coordinator responsible for liasing between our vendors, purchasers, solicitors and other agents involved in chains. This structured approach is perhaps the service our clients enjoy most of all as it removes all the stress more haphazard systems can create.
