    Our success so far has allowed us to expand and move forward as a business. We have recently opened an office in the village of Wedmore, including our Signature Homes department and very, very soon we will open another office. Our third office will be in the city of Wells, Somerset.
    As well as the Wedmore office our Wells office will also introduce the new Signature Homes department with a team dedicated to selling properties with a difference, be it the size, style, quality or value of the property.
    Part of our success is due to our financial commitment towards advertising and marketing, although still maintaining a NO SALE, NO FEE policy.
    We are committed to offering the maximum exposure possible for every property no matter how big or small. We currently advertise THREE FULL pages every week in The Wells Journal, Cheddar Valley Gazette, Shepton Mallet Journal and The Central Somerset Gazette and now also advertise in the Somerset Guardian. We also have TWO FULL pages every month in The Somerset Life and a FULL PAGE every month in the Isle of Wedmore News. From the start of 2014 we have agreed a contract with Millfield School and will have a prominent position in their two glossy magazines due out throughout the year as well as their website. In addition to this all our clients properties are present on the major property portals including a better than average presence with the market leader 'Rightmove' as well as Zoopla, Prime location and now online with The Country Life and Horse and Hound magazines.
