    I'm Jack Saunders, the Lettings Manager for Chase Evans' Greenwich office.
    I joined Chase Evans in 2013 as lettings negotiator in Docklands office after working 5 years in North London. During my time at Chase Evans, I have held various positions including operating out the Canary Wharf office, heading up our Contracts and Administration team for 5 years and for the last 4 years managing the lettings department in Greenwich. This experience has expanded my knowledge of the ins-and-outs of the lettings industry and has been beneficial when interacting with landlords.

Having started in the industry back in 2000, I have worked through the ranks of a sales progressor, sales negotiator, sales manager, and an associate sales director. My experience ranges from selling exclusive homes with Fine and Country and some large property corporates to years of specialising in new homes and investors market focusing on major London developments.
