The Ombudsman for Estate Agents (OEA) Scheme provides free, impartial and independent redress for buyers and sellers of residential property against those Estate Agents who have joined the voluntary OEA scheme.
Chess Moves is a member of the OEA Scheme. If you make a complaint against us and we cannot together resolve the dispute, we will encourage you to take your complaint to the Ombudsman. He will measure our performance against a Code of Practice, which is the only Code for Estate Agents that fulfils the Office of Fair Trading criteria.
Remember, not all agents are in the Scheme, and are not able to give you this commitment.
