    Additionally a strong internet presence and a user-friendly website ensure information on your home is available at the touch of a button or screen, while our experienced Chewton Rose staff are on hand from 8am to 10pm, every day of the week, to offer you their support and guidance through the entire marketing and sales process.

    Chris started his career in property in 2000, working for a small independent estate agent in west Surrey. During 2006 he became a partner in his own agency specialising in the mid to high end property sector before joining a large corporate organisation to further his career in 2011. Chris joined Chewton Rose in 2016 with extensive experience in residential sales and lettings, as well as land and new homes. Outside work, Chris is married and has a son called Thomas. He is a keen footballer and enjoys challenging activities - his latest goal is to climb mount Kilimanjaro in September 2016.

    Corinne's initial interest in property developed at the turn of the century whilst she was living in France. Over a period of 10 years, she helped her parents refurbish several houses across the country before returning to the UK to complete a BA degree in Media & Communications at Goldsmiths University of London. In 2012, Corinne joined Chewton Rose in Cobham and has since then, built a strong knowledge of the residential property market within the local area. Outside work Corinne is into fitness, competitive sports and is a member of a woman's darts team. Corinne also enjoys watching football and has followed her beloved Chelsea Football Club, who coincidentally have their training club in Cobham, since she was young.

      Very professional and personable
      We recently sold a house in Cobham through Chewton Rose. Our partner contact was Guy who established an agreed sale strategy and price target with us. We were in no hurry to sell and priced accordingly. After four months and about twenty viewings we received three offers and agreed terms accordingly. To that point I would say that Chewton Rose gave a very good service with good publicity and promotion of the property and all viewing appointments well managed by their own staff. However, it was only when our prospective buyers backed out two days before completion, in extraordinary circumstances, that we would say that very good moved to excellent with Guy and his team intervening on multiple occasions to manage the buyers (who did eventually withdraw for exceptional reasons but only after an extraordinary period of frustration for both Chewton Rose and ourselves). After the sale fell through Chewton Rose then remarketed the property and found alternative buyers and secured a successful completion in a relatively short period of time. It was overall a protracted sale but throughout Guy and his colleagues kept constant contact with us to manage the sale. They were all very professional and personable and we are grateful for their enthusiasm and hard work. We achieved our sales price target in spite of the complications and we would certainly recommend Chewton Rose in the Cobham area to other Sellers.

      Ahead of the field with brochures and photographs
      Looking at various web sites it became apparent that Chewton Rose were ahead of the field in the preparation of brochure information and photographic input. So the decision was made in 2013 after discussion with the Chewton Rose team to appoint them as sole agents. The market was sluggish every viewing was attended by Guy who went to great lengths to show the house to its best advantage. In December a prospective purchaser made an offer that was well below the valuation price and unacceptable. In my opinion Guy went the extra mile in producing records of sales in the neighbourhood, a build up of pricing comparison with other agents in the area together with an analysis of running costs. This approach had never been suggested by agents we had used in the early days of marketing. As a result of this effort we were able to agree a sale price acceptable to both parties and completion was achieved in June 2014. In the event of our moving again we would instruct Chewton Rose.
