For TENANTS:
• We provide a professional service to help you source the property which best matches your needs.
• We have a variety of properties to suit all budgets and only work with landlords who are fully registered.
• We utilise Assured or Short Assured Tenancy Agreements which clearly set out the rights and responsibilities of both tenant and landlord.
• We also ensure the properties we let are in excellent condition at the start of the tenancy and well maintained throughout. This includes PAT checks on electrical equipment and gas certificates on boilers, fires and cookers/hobs.
• As a tenant you will be able to access our emergency repairs contractor 24/7, should the need arise.
For LANDLORDS:
• We take the stress out of trying to rent your property. We offer a comprehensive management service - including marketing, sourcing tenants, undertaking full security checks and thereafter providing a comprehensive management and maintenance service during the tenancy. In brief , we offer you complete peace of mind that your property will be well managed.
