Christopher Pallet Estate Agents and Chartered Surveyors are pleased to announce that negotiations have been successfully completed with a Franchisee for their Thame office and the new principal took over full operation of the branch on 2nd June 2008.
The branch was established in the town in 2003 and has grown year-on-year. Christopher Pallet see this latest development as another important step in the growth of the business which operates throughout Aylesbury Vale and South Oxfordshire with 10 local offices - all independently owned and operated by the partners and the franchisees, some of whom are Chartered Surveyors and have been in the industry for up to 47 years.
They are very pleased therefore to welcome Allan Vogel to their firm. Allan has an excellent track-record in Estate Agency having previously been a Sales Director of an Independent firm of Estate Agents and prior to that successfully working through the ranks for a large corporate chain for a number of years - plus he is a local Thame man.
