It was over three decades ago that Phil Church and David Hawes decided to pool their estate agency experience and expertise to open the first office of Church & Hawes at Maldon. Our specialised Premier Homes and Country Homes department operates under the personal co-ordination of Phil Church along with our three directors, Glenn Church, Paul Rayfield and Robert Wells who all three collectively have been with Church & Hawes for over 60 years.
