    From his first role in 1982 as an office junior in Guildford with one of the country's largest independent estate agents, Ian has witnessed all the highs and lows of the property market over the last thirty years.

    Working across the area in Haslemere, Grayshott, Farnham, Alton, Godalming and Guildford, Ian has been based in Liphook since 2011 and provides enthusiastic and attentive service to both vendors and buyers. 

    Having worked and lived in the area all his life, his extensive local knowledge of the village and its amenities is appreciated by colleagues and clients alike. 

    Ian lives in Liphook, and is married with two young sons and is a keen music enthusiast, rugby supporter and a regular visitor to North Cornwall.

    Sales Manager and based in the Liphook office since 2007, David is well known in the village for his knowledge of the local property market. 

     Having worked as a professional photographer and been involved in a number of property refurbishment projects, he brings a specific set of skills to the office, of direct benefit to both vendors and buyers. He has lived in both Hampshire and Surrey and understands that buyers will be attracted to a property for a variety of reasons, not just its geographical location.  Providing personal, honest, targeted and accurate advice at an individual level is what he enjoys about his role most. 

     Having lived near Godalming for ten years, David is enjoying the much improved commute to work now that the Hindhead Tunnel has opened!

    With over 35 years' experience in estate agency, much of it focussed on the marketing and sale of new homes, Mark Taylor joined Clarke Gammon Wellers in 2003 to establish a New Homes Department that delivers a comprehensive service to developers and housebuilders - large and small - in the marketing of their homes and developments; whether it's a single house or a large scheme. 

    As Director, Mark brings his wealth of experience from the development's conception to its completion addressing every aspect of the sales process. 

    Mark is based in the Liphook office and lives in Farnham with his wife.

    Having joined us in 2013 as a weekend sales assistant, Anita in 2015 became a full time member of staff based in the Liphook office.

    Anita has lived in the local area for many years and has strong local ties to the village.

     She previously worked at Bohunt School and has two grown up children both of whom attended the school but now work in the area. She enjoys nothing more in her spare time than long country walks with her Jack Russell Lily

    Donna has lived in Liphook and the surrounding area for over 22 years and has been a full time mother to her two now grown up children; one of whom has just started at Bristol University to train to become a teacher, the other who is training to be a plumber. 

    Donna is actively involved in the local community, and being a keen gardener takes part in the Liphook in Bloom village competition every year, and enjoys growing her own fruit and vegetables.

    Jenny Woodsford - Weekend Sales Assistant
    Originally from Cranleigh Jenny started her working life in the Civil Service followed by Local Government. While her two (now adult) children were small she spent six years living in Holland and Belgium in four different houses so has plenty of personal experience de-cluttering and moving. More recently she worked for many years as an Office Manager for a small company near Godalming and also some time as a Weekend Sales Assistant for another local Estate Agency.Now settled in Liphook Jenny enjoys many leisure pursuits including gardening, country walks with her dog, keep fit, yoga, travel and foreign languages. She is also a member of the Liphook in Bloom volunteer garden team.

    Having spent 17 years in estate agency followed by 15 years providing mortgage and financial advice and latterly 4 years in block/estate management, Jonathan has obtained a broad knowledge of all types of property from, selling it, to funding it and finally managing it.     Liphook Village information

      Liphook is surrounded by glorious countryside in every direction; set in the county of East Hampshire, it also lies close to the Surrey and West Sussex borders. This 'three counties' setting is renowned for its beautiful scenery of rich and varied woodlands and colourful heaths.  Much of the land in and around the Parish is owned by the National Trust while Liphook itself and many of the surrounding villages are situated on the edge or within the South Downs National Park. On the northern boundary, the River Wey winds through open parkland. 

      Liphook grew in popularity as a coach stop on the London to Portsmouth route; Samuel Pepys records in his diary that, having lost his way in the forest on his journey to Portsmouth to inspect the naval vessels, he arrived at the inn at Liphook where he found there were 'good honest people'.  The poet Lord Tennyson had his last home at Blackdown, just over the Sussex border, and he frequently walked across to Bramshott, the unspoilt beauty of which is immortalised in some of his verses.

      From 1916-1928, Liphook was the home of Flora Thompson, poet and author of the trilogy Lark Rise, Over to Candleford and Candleford Green.

      Liphook enjoys a great sense of community; on 'the night the clocks go back' (usually the last Saturday in October) the village plays host to the Liphook Carnival, a procession of floats through the village followed by a bonfire which has taken place since 1903.For the commuter, trains to London take just over an hour while the new A3 trunk road has dramatically improved access to the South Coast (25 miles), Guildford (18 miles) and London (56 miles). Liphook is also ideally placed for work, shopping or simply a day trip to the nearby towns of Petersfield, Haslemere, Godalming, Farnham, Midhurst and Chichester.
