    About our office...
    The Shere office is situated in the middle of the village amongst the many traditional old English period houses as well as the 11th Century church, two pubs, a flourishing primary school and two pre-school nurseries. Shere is a village that people come to visit, to spend time in and walk about, so our window display is a constant source of interest

    Covering both residential sales and a thriving lettings portfolio dealing with little cottages and apartments through to country estates the team of five can offer a wealth of experience. They can offer advice on any property related matter and can liaise with our other specialist departments to offer an all round professional service.

    Seamus is the newest addition to the senior management team at Clarke Gammon Wellers. He began working in the property business 40 years ago and has been working in and around the Surrey Hills villages for over 30 years in senior management positions. He is now in charge of the Shere office and works closely with the Shere team to deliver an exceptional service to its clientele. 

    His vast experience allows him to deal with homes in every area of the market and at all price levels. Seamus lives in West Clandon with his wife and three children and is a keen golfer and sports fan.

      Shere offers an opportunity for its residents to escape the hustle and bustle of the more urban areas of Surrey while remaining sufficiently close enough to the A3 and the M25 for London commuters as well as Gatwick and Heathrow airports for international travel. By train, London can be reached within 35 minutes from Guildford Station while Gomshall and Dorking Stations have services to London Victoria, London Waterloo and London Bridge Stations taking between 50 and 70 minutes
