    With over 12 years experience working for national and independent estate agents, Nick opened Clarke Philips of Royston to help serve a booming property market in the South East of England. Having experienced working for larger companies, he decided to open Clarke Philips in Royston to provide customers with a more positive and personalised experience, rarely found elsewhere.

    Having lived in the local area and been a resident of Royston for over six years, Nick's local knowledge and combined experience of twenty-five years with business partner Philip Parsons, will offer the very best in estate agency service.
