    Our referencing procedures are simple and with no hassle. We take our attitude towards treating people as individuals very seriously and have referencing procedures designed to take each clients circumstances into consideration.

    DEPOSITS

    Recent change in legislation means that all tenancy deposits must be transferred to a government approved scheme. This is done within 30 days from the beginning of a new tenancy, written confirmation will be sent to tenants with their deposit details and which custodial scheme holds this.
