    Shawlands is just 2 miles south of the City Centre, centrally positioned between the sought-after suburbs of Pollokshields, Queens Park, Cathcart and Newlands.

    Ewan has been in the Estate Agency business since 1990. Originally trained as a Quantity Surveyor, his technical background has provided a sound footing for a career specialising in residential sales including New Homes, Redevelopment Schemes, Development Appraisal and Investment Aquisition.¿¿

    Ewan re-qualified in 2002 as a Residential Surveyor and joined Corum in 2005 as a Partner to head up the Shawlands branch and capitalise on his in-depth knowledge of the South Side as a whole, focusing particularly on Newlands and Pollokshields.

    Lynsey joined Corum in 2003 having spent most of her working life in a sales role with BMW. She headed up the Shawlands Office in July 2005 and has been instrumental in its development over the last six years. Lynsey's upbeat and enthusiastic manner has helped both Lynsey and her team overcome the obstacles which the market has revealed in recent years.

    Lynsey has lived in the South side for over a decade and now resides in Giffnock.

    Alastair joined Corum in 2007 at the thriving Shawlands Office as an apprentice under the auspices of residing partner Ewan Blair. After a 2 year structured programme of training,

    Alastair became fluent in the skills required as a property valuer and more importantly as an all-round estate agent. Promoted to Associate Partner in 2010 he now controls the middle market in which we operate, whilst still learning and expanding his knowledge on a daily basis.

    Alastair has an incisive knowledge of his local area and a vast client base, many of whom are now regarded as close friends.

    Lesley has been with Corum since 2005 and was instrumental in setting up our highly successful Bridge of Weir operation, an area where she currently resides with her partner and family. Originally from Aberdeen, her estate agency career began in the early 1980's working for a local estate agency/solicitor firm.

    Despite a career break to raise her family, her career has stretched over 30 years. This is evident in her day to day dealings and typified by a calm controlled manner, which has proven to be a huge asset, particularly during the market turmoil of recent years.

    She has spent a number of years at a leading corporate estate agent in the West of Scotland and was approached by The Corum Partnership to come on board for a specific sales negotiator/office manager role.. Lesley came to our Shawlands office, circa 2008 and has proven to be an integral part of the stability of the branch in recent years.
