I wanted to formally write and thank you all for the way you went about selling our old family home in Westoning, I felt a real sense of you all acting as a team for us.

It was very difficult for my family to part with what had been our home for 46 years, you were all sensitive to that - it wasn't said, but we knew it was inherently understood.  That was so important.  We gave you a remote, unmodernised and unique family house to sell and the very next day you rang to tell us about multiple appointments - on day 2! - we were really surprised.

I decided from the outset to leave you all to get on with it, I didn't want to be on the phone every Monday morning asking what was happening - And I wasn't because you had already told me! Fantastic communication from all of you - That's what it's all about.  You all always kept us up to date and in the mix - There was no 'wondering' going on.

If I had to sum up the service my family received I would say - It was just SO easy. "Sit back and let them get on with it.  "Personable, intelligent, knowledgeable and professional people doing what they do best. Thank you so very much.
