Our office is situated in a prime location along the busy Knebworth high street, attracting both local residents and passing traffic along with commuters using the British Rail link to Kings Cross station which is only a 5 minute walk from our office.

About the Knebworth Office

Country Properties has been trading from their offices in London Road since 1985 when it was opened by the owner Tony Cox.

During this time the business has greatly evolved with Tony Cox and his team always looking for ways in which Country Properties can stay one of the market leaders within Knebworth. Being ahead of the times with new technology has greatly expanded the market for our clients, raising the service provided to ever-higher levels.

After extensively researching the market Doug will, in an informal, friendly and business like manner discuss all options available including the full procedure from your first viewing of a property, to organising a suitable mortgage and finally to completing on the purchase. This will also include a full summary of all the associated costs including survey fees, solicitors fees etc.

Doug has worked in association with Country Properties since 1989 and has been a Mortgage Consultant for over 15 years. During this period of time a wealth of contacts have been built up with many lenders and Doug has gained invaluable experience dealing with people new and old to the mortgage market.
