Our unique approach to helping our customers move is based on gaining an in depth knowledge of the properties we are representing, as well as a sincere understanding of our viewers requirements. Perhaps our biggest focus is marketing. This is something that all agents are supposed to do, most think they do and sadly, where most fall short. We will create a property presentation brochure that specifically individualises the features of a property; we will not fill the description with standard estate agency terminology. Our photography is carefully planned around the orientation of a property and will be undertaken during appropriate weather conditions to ensure the highest possible quality. We produce accurate colour floor plans that give the viewer a method of planning how they might use the accommodation.
We advertise on the major web portals, County district newspaper and local parish magazine. We have associates working in the Surrey market that we proactively collaborate with to ensure maximum exposure.
Once the buyer or tenant has been introduced we work hard during negotiations to ensure that both sides feel that a fair and satisfactory outcome is reached. We work our transactions according to a time line with projected dates for moving that suit all parties. We aim to help as much as possible with communication between everyone involved in the case.
The feedback we are receiving on a regular basis encourages us that we are fulfilling our aims in nearly 100% of all cases.
