    Dales and Peaks Property is an independent family run business which was set up in June 2006. Our intention is to provide a full service to the property investor from sourcing the properties to financing them and ultimately managing them. We pride ourselves on our excellent customer service which has been predominant in our significant growth over the years. We are one of the few agents in the Chesterfield area to be licensed by The Association of Residential Letting Agents and are now entering our fourth year of being a licensed agent. We are also qualified members of the Association of Professional Inventory Providers (APIP). Other affiliations are National Approved Lettings Scheme (NALS) and The Property Ombudsman Scheme. All our deposits are protected by the Deposit Protection Scheme.

At Dales and Peaks Property we are proud to be now in our fourth year of being members of The Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA). As an ARLA agent we are licensed by them and have to conform to a strict code of practice and abide by rules of conduct. All our staff undergo regular ARLA training to be able to keep abreast with the continual changes in legislation in relation to lettings.

    We are qualified members of this scheme to provide Inventories to the highest standard. We undertake these on an Ipad which provides a very thorough and detailed report. This is an essential document for both tenant and landlord. We also undertake our inspections and move outs on the Ipad which provides you with a very quick update of the current state of your property 

    We are members of the Property Ombudsman for both lettings and sales. This provides a redress scheme in the unlikely event that things go wrong. 

    All our deposits are registered with the DPS in line with current legislation.
