Having enjoyed successful estate agency careers since the 1980’s partners Steve Rylott and Mark Warren launched Danetre Estate Agents in February 2000 and in order to underline our commitment to customer service immediately became a member firm of the Ombudsman for Estate Agents. We quickly became established as a leading force in the local property market, offering an individual service from mature, experienced, partners and staff who believe in high standards. During 2001 we became the ONLY firm in Daventry to be invited to join The Guild of Professional Estate Agents, whose members are selected for their commitment to professionalism and customer service.
Buying a property can be a stressful time and we are here to help guide you through the process. Our computerised systems enable us to match your requirements to available properties and keep you advised of new instructions. We accompany viewings wherever possible and offer a local door to door service. We can also assist with local knowledge, and if required recommend solicitors and arrange mortgage advice.
