When we decided to start up our own estate agency we looked very carefully at what customers said about their estate agents. We wanted to make sure we didnít make the same mistakes other agents were making. It quickly became clear that the most common complaints were about the lack of contact, the apparent lack of interest and the lack of feedback from their agent in the marketing process. This surprised us. We have over 55 combined years of estate agency experience but we are still keen to learn how to improve and we want to put back into Estate Agency what the clients think is clearly missing: honest good old fashioned service
We have cherry picked local staff who have the best customer service records and their knowledge of the local market is unrivalled. We want to set out our undertaking to you from the outset. We have listened to what customers want from their agent. We arenít going to promise you the world but we will promise you that we will give you the best advice on how to market your home. We will keep you advised during the process and give you honest feedback on what buyers or tenants are saying about your house. We will then look at what we can do to resolve any issues. It wonít stop there. When we get you a buyer we will guide you through the process and we will be here to answer your questions. All of our staff have bought, sold and rented homes themselves.
