    David Cliff Property Services was launched in 2009 and with good reason. Our founder, coincidently also called David Cliff, started his property career at just 16 years of age and fell in love. As he grew (considerably) older, he believed the industry was missing something - a true personal service, one that provides the honesty and integrity that all customers deserve.

    Our landlords come to us because of our proven track record and quality service.

    We sit between you and the lovely people who call your property their home. Smooth and stable letting all comes down to us having a healthy relationship with your tenants, so we're their for them whenever they need us. We understand the rights and responsibilities of both parties inside out and we strive to create a fair, smooth and stable experience for everyone.

    Families, corporate clients, young professionals, retirees and even a few famous sports stars, we accommodate them all. Spread across the greater Wokingham district we have a range of properties being let, with new properties coming to market regularly. Helping you find the right home is our number one commitment.
