    Our New Homes department is headed up by Jaine Whitfield, who has over 15 years experience in New Homes sales and marketing. Jaine has worked directly with a wide range of developers, including Persimmon Homes and Taylor Wimpey, but also the smaller, more bespoke end, including Millgate Homes, and Hodson homes.     An experienced Estate Agent with a track record of success David has been in the property industry for over 30 years. His first association with Corsham was established in 1997 as an Area Director for a large corporate group. Thereafter, following a period as a Director of a larger Independent Estate Agency, he gained experience in the auction business dealing with a variety of residential, commercial properties and land along the M4 corridor from South Wales to Swindon before establishing David Ingram Residential in Corsham in 2007.
