    David James Estate Agents is a Nottingham based residential estate and letting agency established in 1991 with three branches selling property throughout Nottingham.

    At David James Estate Agents, we enjoy our job. We take great pride and satisfaction from guiding clients through the stressful experience of moving. Our aim is to provide an honest marketing approach and as an independent, family-run business, we pride ourselves upon acting in accordance with professional disciplines and working ethics.

    For many people, estate agents appear the same and offer similar services. Indeed, we can all produce sales particulars of your property, we can advertise your property in the local branch and we are all able to erect a 'for sale' board outside your home.

    However, having sold property in Nottingham for over twenty years, we have identified and developed marketing ideas that differentiate us from the competition and we really do believe that these differences matter. For us, it is these differences that make us successful.

    We are always looking at new ideas in order to promote both David James and most importantly, the properties we have for sale or to let. We strive to go the extra mile for our Clients; be it offering recommendations on how to conduct viewings on their properties through to holding events such as First Time Buyer Days designed to encourage the market to start moving again. We are dedicated to the Clients we work with; we will even help them negotiate on the property they want to purchase if it is through another estate agent. Furthermore we have some of the most experienced Sales Negotiators and Residential Valuers working in Nottingham.

    We continue to build our business on reputation and recommendation and that is only achieved through hard work. Our clients choose us as they understand we are always trying to offer something a little bit different to standard estate agents.
