We are an established property management company based in the Kent area, providing homes for rent and property management services since 2007. We manage a diverse range of clients from the LHA to working professional tenants.
Dimora Lettings provide support and accommodation to many organisations for e.g. Kent County Council, Porchlight and House of Mercy. We have worked alongside the Northwest Kent Racial Equality Council and members from the local police force to provide better living for people from abroad who wish to stay in the UK. As an agent we genuinely care about the wellbeing of our tenants and have built strong and trustworthy relationships with them. We also manage our Landlord's expectations and ensure that their properties are kept clean and in good working order.
We always act in the best interest of the owner and are being dependable is at the forefront of our business. We are professional property managers looking to provide comfortable living conditions for our tenants while protecting our landlord’s investment. We do not market properties for sale, therefore all of our experience and effort is dedicated to the property management process.
What really sets us apart is that we are genuinely passionate about Estate Agency and meeting the complex needs of our tenants and landlords. We seek to fulfil these needs to the best of our ability - we are an Independent company that provide a personal service. Yes, we are happy to provide short-term solutions, but ultimately we're out to build long-term relationships.
