After leaving school in 1983 Mr. Duncan began at the family business of Bruce Duncan & Company as a negotiator working in Sales. In 1986 he was awarded the Certificate in Estate Agency from the University of Westminster. Mr Duncan is committed to customer service and maintaining the good reputation of Duncans Residential Lettings. Following a 5 year break working in the retail market he returned to the business and in 1993 became a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents.
