    Grant Edward Brooks- Managing Director

    Opening Edwards is the realization of a dream for Grant. Having worked for one of the leading estate agents in the South for many years at manager and director levels, he chose to leave his previous company to open his own estate agency and has never looked back.

    Through hard work and a determination to succeed he was rapidly promoted and was in charge of one of the most successful offices in the area. His passion for property and for providing the best service possible spurred him into opening Edwards in December 2009.

    Alex is very well known within the property industry having worked alongside Grant Brooks for many years in one of the most successful offices in the area.

    Having worked at manager level for many years, his in depth knowledge of the Estate Agency process and the area ensures that he understands how to deliver a first class service with a true understanding of the pressures that clients can face when moving home. This enables him to approach problem solving with both empathy and a 'can do' attitude.

    Alex also spent five years working within the finance industry running a large team which taught him many aspects of how to deliver results.
