    Established in 2004 by two friends, Elliot Lamerton & Lee Pottle, the business has grown to become one of the most trusted local brands for all your property needs.

    Elliot Lamerton MNAEA MARLA - Managing Director

    Elliot is different to just about any other young professional you might meet - from the moment he was introduced to estate agency in 1998 he viewed it as an athletic arena where he could apply innovation and skill in order to win. With the support of his family, Elliot teamed up with Lee at the youthful age of 23 and opened up ElliotLee, now over 10 years down the line he has managed to create a recognisable brand in the locality, a highly desirable custom recruitment and training programme, and countless happy tenants, landlords, developers, buyers, and vendors.With an acute attention to detail and a very "outside the box" way of thinking, Elliot has managed to reinvent the way ElliotLee run - from the bottom up, building a strong foundation for his staff. He understands that consistency is key to everything that is done, whether it be a small daily task or a project involving several members of the team.

    Elliot believes that his staff hold the key to ElliotLee's success which is why ElliotLee launched the next levEL training centre, with weekly training sessions held for the team held by the senior staff, directors, and special guest contributors - even the occasional celebrity trainer! Elliot sees true value in spending time setting and recording training standards, and gives all staff the chance to attend the next levEL training sessions to unlock their hidden potential. In these invaluable sessions, Elliot conveys that it's not always the hard sale - it's also about learning to understand body language, tone of voice and pinpointing missed opportunities in order to progress and develop.

    Lee Pottle MNAEA - CEO

    Lee is half of the visionary duo of ElliotLee, whose career is long and storied for his young age. Now a recognisable figure in the estate agency industry, Lee is renowned for his remarkably accurate valuation abilities, for his influence on creating a stable and family-like working environment for his employees, and for his community leadership. The property industry has taken him from a young 18 year old fresh out of Sixth Form and straight into Lettings, quickly being promoted to Lettings Manager, Lee was then given equity partnership for a multi office independent company at 21 years of age.

    However, when Lee met Elliot, the two professionals knew that their partnership was 'meant to be' and they have never turned back since opening their first location in 2004. Elliot and Lee are changing the face of the property industry in every market they serve, with such revolutionary ideas such as Open Homes, unique fee structures, and helping developers to better serve their localities. None of us on the team would be here without the foresight and hard work of Lee Pottle!

    Hannah Petford - Director of Operations

    Hannah is the type of team member that any company in the world would be lucky to have - she is dedicated, optimistic, outcome-focused and she knows how to think big. With nearly a decade of experience in customer service and client-facing administration, Hannah began her career in property in 2009 as a Lettings Consultant. After learning the ins and outs of new tenancies, renewals, and contracts, Hannah's expertise in both property and administration became so invaluable to the company that she became the very first Company Directors' Assistant in 2011. As the company grew, it became clear that Hannah's role was not large enough to take full advantage of her unique skill set, and so she was promoted to being the youngest ever Director of Operations in the history of the company. Hannah says that working her way up the ladder has given her a wealth of knowledge in the property industry, and she uses this knowledge to help mentor the newer members of the team.

    Hannah truly lives her dream and after years of hard work she has just completed on her very own property! She looks forward to renovating the space and creating her dream home by reaching out to her professional network and using the skills she's acquired in her career in order to truly make the space her own.

    James Burgess MNAEA - Director of Sales

    James started his career at ElliotLee in 2006 in the role of Lettings & Sales Consultant, proving that he had what it took to be a key part of the team and consistently excelling his targets. ElliotLee saw a unique potential in James, and shortly after, James became the Lettings Manager. Continuing his reign as Top Consultant, he led the team to some of their best months for deals. After taking some time out for the birth of his daughter, he re-joined the ElliotLee team in early 2014. With his wealth of previous experience in both the Sales & Lettings departments, it was the only option for James to be promoted to Sales Director, overseeing both teams and some areas of staff training.

    When he's not in the office, along with spending time with his family, James also loves to carry on the old family tradition of going on the boys' annual fishing trip. He's part of the furniture at ElliotLee and is still very well known among clients from way back at the start!

        "Having had three estate agents estimate the value of our property with a mind to sell I chose Elliot Lee as our seller for a few of reasons. Firstly I liked Lee, he talked sense, seemed to know the local market well and suggested we put the house for sale at the lower end of the three valuations that we'd had and then try and work the price up should we get a buyer interested. This way we'd avoid putting off people taking an interest due to overvaluing from the outset. The other two estate agents wanted to price the house above what I thought we could achieve. We duly set the value at the lower end of the three estimates that we'd been given and then had an "Open home" on a Saturday afternoon in late January, as opposed to individual viewings.
