    Julian - Partner 
    Julian started his working career as a Lloyds Underwriter having returned from a year of travelling. He soon moved into Estate Agency in 1977 after deciding that houses were far more interesting! He started Farr & Farr Estate Agents in June 1982 at the age of 25, alongside his bother Alisdair. With his mother and father doing the administration and bookkeeping, it really was a family business. He lives in Longlevens with his wife Sarah and has an enormous amount of experience within the City and a vast knowledge of the Gloucester property and people.Julian is heavily involved raising money with The Rotary Club of Gloucester and enjoys spending time on his boat on the Devon coast.

    Sarah - Partner 
    Sarah has been involved with property all her working life and joined Farr & Farr in 2011. She has worked in various roles and offices during her time with the company and is currently based in our Longlevens branch. As a company partner she is heavily involved with the day to day running of the business. When she is not in the office Sarah very much enjoys staying fit and active by running, taking coastal walks and kayaking. She also loves looking after her Grandson.

    Jo - Senior Sales Negotiator & Progressor
    Prior to joining Farr & Farr in 2018 Jo worked in various roles within the property Industry. Having a background as a CeMAP mortgage advisor and having worked as a paralegal for a local Residential Conveyancing firm she has a great deal of knowledge to assist with the house buying process whether selling or buying. She also previously worked for an alternative estate agency running their sales progression. She is slightly obsessed with all property programmes and was very excited to have once met Phil Spencer. Jo owns a peloton (another obsession) and also enjoys spending time with her family and going on holidays.

    Kelly - Valuer & Sales Negotiator 
    Kelly joined the team in 2019 having previously worked in a variety of different customer service roles including working as a reception manager and held various positions within the financial services industry. Kelly loves meeting people and getting to look round different properties. She is known as "The Tall one" and if you have ever met Kelly you will understand why! She enjoys spending time with her son and is a total foodie. She also has a strange and slightly weird fascination with otters.

    Jenny - Sales Administrator 
    With the exception of Julian, Jen is our longest serving member of staff having joined the Farr & Farr family in 1994 at the age of 16. Having initially worked full time in our Gloucester branch dealing with the daily administration, she currently works part time in our Longlevens branch preparing property brochures and is involved with the general day to day running. She is friendly, reliable and enthusiastic and always willing to help. Jen loves spending time with her 2 daughters, having meals out and nights at the theatre.

    Di - Viewing Agent 
    After purchasing her own house through Farr & Farr in 2014, Di decided she was so impressed with the service she received and was interested in Estate Agency she went onto join the team to assist with Saturday viewings.
