Frank B. Mason & Co was established in 1833. The company is one of the longest established estate agency and holiday letting company's in Wales.
The current partners are Mr Timothy Brace M.N.A.E.A., who has been with the practice for fifteen years, and Mr Dominic Subbiani M.N.A.E.A., who has been with the practice eleven years.
They bought Frank B. Mason & Co in 1995 from the former partnership. This was the first time the practice had been owned outside the family of Frank Mason, formerly being handed down through to the Bancroft family.
The short and medium term business plan objectives called for the expansion of the estate agency department to become one of the strongest forces in Pembrokeshire. This has been achieved. The department is a five office operation with branches in Tenby, Saundersfoot, Narberth, Pembroke, Haverfordwest and Fishguard. The 1995 plan called for the computerisation of the department within five years, this was successfully concluded early 2000.
