A resounding yes! Unlike many high street agents (who frankly can't be bothered) we're NAEA accredited (National Association of Estate Agents), which means we've passed exams and are bound to adhere to strict terms of conduct. We're also a member of the Property Ombudsman (our client account is suitably insured) and registered with the OFT. In fact you should check your local high street agent protects you so rigorously.
