    We offer non bias buy to let advice, by liaising alongside our sales team we can offer extensive advice on potential investment purchases, expected rents and yields. We are a local agent with local staff and local knowledge, we do not have any associations with a corporate head office. Our lettings team focus on the lettings market only, ensuring our knowledge is greater than our competitors. We understand that some people do not fit into the 9-5 lifestyle which is why we offer flexible appointment times at all times of day to try and make your life easier.

    ALL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT IS DEALT WITH "IN HOUSE," we have an extensive working history with reputable contractors who we use to resolve any issues, insisting quality of work, professionalism and price. We work alongside the very best in the area. We feel it is important to support the local industry by using local contractors, running with the ethos that we would never send a contractor to a property that we wouldn't send to our own.

    Most importantly we ensure our fees our kept low to save you money. Our fee's are printed clearly within our terms of agreement and will be explained in full during the valuation of the property. There are no hidden fee's, small print or surprises. We keep abreast of all other agent charges to make sure we are competitive in the market place.

     In the unlikely event that we cannot rent your property out you will not be charged a penny.     Fully Managed

    If you would like us to fully manage the property for you, you can be as involved or uninvolved as you wish to be. We believe flexibility is key. We do all of the above plus:

    · We register the bond on your behalf with a government accredited scheme called The Deposit Protection Service.

    · We collect the rent every month with a no nonsense policy, if rental arrears occur these will be promptly chased and dealt with accordingly.

    · We manage any repairs on the property from quotation to instruction following your guidance.

    · We carry out a property inspection every three months throughout the tenancy to ensure the tenants are maintaining the property as expected.

    · A checkout will be carried out when your tenant vacates, a copy of the inventory is used to ensure the property is in its original condition.

    Utmost care is taken when finding the right tenants for our properties. We have many existing tenants that will only choose a Five Star property, when moving is something that we pride ourselves in.

    If you are looking for your perfect property Five Star would love to help. We will listen to your requirements and match you to suitable properties. If we do not have anything that meets your current requirements we will keep your contact details until a relevant property arises.

    There are many ways to browse all of our properties to rent. The most popular way is online via www.rightmove.co.uk, you can search for your individual requirements in order to filter the relevant properties. The adverts include property details, internal photos, energy performance certificates, a map of the local area, schools and nearest transport links.

    If you wish to discuss a property in person you can pop down to our office located in Retford centre to have a chat face to face.
