    We are a family owned and run business specialising in the sale, survey and valuation of residential property. Established in 1991 by Roger Follwell we now have 3 town centre offices in the traditional market towns of Newcastle-under-lyme, Stone and Market Drayton.

    The business has been built on word of mouth recommendations and we are extremely proud to be known for a high quality service, attention to detail whilst also providing value for money - so proud in fact we put our name to it.

    We have small loyal dedicated teams in each office focussed on provided a first class service to vendors and purchasers alike. They have years of combined experience in the industry and are always on hand to guide you through the process.

    Michelle has worked in Estate Agency throughout North Staffordshire and Shropshire since 1994. Her extremely professional approach continues to generate successful results for vendors. Michelle is qualified with the National Association of Estate Agents and has overall responsibility for residential sales from the Market Drayton office.

    John Follwell MNAEA
    John started his career in Estate Agency in 2003 having previously trained as a Cordon Bleu Chef. Since joining the firm he has gained valuable training and experience in the property sector. He is a member of the National Association of Estate Agents and also a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor able to produce EPCs.

    Having qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1971, Roger has spent his entire working life within the residential property sector in North Staffordshire and as such had unrivalled experience and knowledge. Roger deals with the more specialized aspects of professional work.

    Mark has over 20 years experience as an Estate Agent in the Newcastle area, and joined Follwells in 1998. He has a unique style as firm but fair negotiator and valuer and has developed an excellent reputation with many vendors using him time and again.

    Tom Follwell BSc(Hons) MRICS
    Tom joined the family firm in 2005 changing his career path from Accountancy and successfully qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2007. He is responsible for most of the professional Survey & Valuation work along with the day-to-day running of the business.
