Seaton is set at the mouth of the River Axe with the rugged cliffs of the East Devon coastline dominating the scenery. The village of Colyford is just to the north, close to the beautiful little town of Colyton, which boasts one of the finest grammar schools in the country. The Harbour at Axmouth, adjacent to Seaton, offers mooring facilities for small fishing boats and pleasure crafts, whilst to the west of Seaton is the pituresque fishing village of Beer.
