Fulfords, Totnes
Totnes is an historic town with many interesting character properties and is well situated for access to the coast and the A38 which connects the South West with the M5 and the rest of the country. Totnes and the surrounding villages include older turn of the century terraced houses, more modern 1930s properties and a number of quality detached houses both old and new. With Totnes being situated on the River Dart and servicing many villages on the River Dart including Tuckenhay, Ashprington and Stoke Gabriel, there is a considerable interest for boating and water enthusiasts.
