    I graduated in Building Surveying in 1993 and was elected a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors in December, 1995. Initially, I worked with local surveying firms carrying out a broad spectrum of work before gaining experience and then specialising in the residential survey and valuation field across North Yorkshire, Co Durham and Teesside. I was then employed for 11 years by the largest residential surveying firm in the UK before starting a surveying and estate agency business in Bedale which has now been integrated as part of GSC Grays. I now have approaching 20 years experience in the residential property and building surveying sector.
