The Company has 18 offices specialising in the sale of residential properties in South Manchester, Cheshire and the High Peak, taking in some of the area’s most desirable property hot spots and beautiful scenic locations. Locally, the Holmes Chapel office provides unrivalled coverage in Knutsford, Wilmslow, Alderley Edge and Macclesfield.
Over the years we have invested heavily in new technology to ensure that our teams are able to offer up to date and relevant sales and lettings information on all properties available across the Gascoigne Halman network of offices. More recently we have introduced i-phone and smart-phone applications to enable our website to be accessed from mobiles.
Gascoigne Halman also has a large Lettings Department which is available in each of its branch locations.
In addition to our core services the Company also has a Survey Department and Private Finance Division which is directly regulated by the Financial Services Authority and therefore able to offer truly independent advice.
Holmes Chapel is a pleasant, large village located in Cheshire East and provides very good communication links via road and rail. Junction 18 on the M6 is about one mile away, its own railway station enables commuting to Manchester, Liverpool and Crewe. Manchester Airport is within easy reach by road and/or rail.
