    Following a successful career as an estate agent which started at the age of 19, Matt opened his first agency, Giggs & Company in May 2012 in St Neots, Cambridgeshire. The company went from strength to strength and is now an award-winning team of fifteen people and the number one agency in the town. Matt credits this to their extremely high levels of customer satisfaction and building great relationships with buyers and sellers alike. He is delighted to be working with long-term friend and colleague Derrick Bell, to bring their unique and more independent approach to Stopsley, Luton and the surrounds.

    Derrick Bell, Director
    There are not many more experienced estate agents in Luton than Derrick - he has been working in the area for thirty years. He started his career as a junior sales negotiator and left his most recent post as regional director to set up Giggs & Bell at the beginning of 2017. Derrick is a fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents and has helped hundreds of people move house, some of whom have now become close friends. He takes great pride in finding the right home for his buyers and helping people is second nature.

    Branch Manager Denzil Gayle has one ambition at Giggs & Bell; to give the residents of Luton an experience of buying or selling a house that is second to none. Denzil was handpicked to join Matt and Derrick at Giggs & Bell because his genuine approach exactly mirrors the company ethos; to care about the people involved in buying and selling and to give them a service that exceeds expectations. Also a Luton resident and minister at a local church, Denzil has more than 26 years experience in the industry.

    Natalie Brookman, Office Manager
    Behind every good team there is a good manager! Natalie manages Giggs & Company in St Neots and has played a huge part in setting up Giggs & Bell. Before working in estate agency, she worked for Parripak as a quality manager with many major retailers in the food industry, including Marks and Spencer. She played an instrumental role in Parripak achieving an outstanding grade with the British Retail Consortium for three consecutive years, which is the highest level achievable. Natalie has led the team at Giggs & Company for nearly four years and delivers the highest level of quality and customer care with a personal approach - a natural fit for Giggs & Bell.

    Daniel Loveland, Property Professional
    Giggs and Bell assisted Danny with the sale of his mother's home which inspired him to make the change from a 5-year career as an outdoor instructor in Norfolk to very promising future as an estate agent. Danny is quickly creating a positive name for himself due to his genuine passion to help people and have a positive effect on their lives.Danny is a very keen mountain biker and can often be found out with his Giggs and Bell colleagues exploring the beautiful Luton countryside on their bikes.

    Collette has a wealth of invaluable experience having worked as an administrator in various industries since leaving college. She took a career break in 2011 to raise her two young children but once they had found their feet thought it was time to return to the outside world again and started working at Giggs and Bell as Office Administrator in December 2017.Collette loves her job, no day is the same, there is a great buzz in the office, and they work together as a team to deliver a service second to none finding customers their dream homes. Collette is relishing learning more about the business and enjoying her new involvement in supporting customers with sales progression.
