I founded Giggs and Company around nine years ago and I've enjoyed great success growing this first venture into many. I'm now proud to be part of four other estate agencies in our area, each of which serve their community with great customer service and strong values. The lettings part of Giggs and Company is set to provide a consistently high quality service to landlords and tenants in the area, and to offer excellent investment advice.We've really gone from strength to strength and the future is looking really exciting too. Gemma Noonan, Operations Director

When I'm away from work I love spending time with my sons Harry and Josh, or getting out on the River in St. Neots where I'm Vice Captain of the local rowing club. I'm currently Chair of Governors at my sons' school and I try and lend as much time as I can using my HR and Coaching skills to help teams within the school and rowing club achieve their plans and goals.

While I was at school, I worked in a traditional sweet shop and although I may now have a lifelong love of sweets, the shop taught me great customer service skills which ignited a passion and satisfaction for helping people realise their goals.Leaving school at 17, excited to expand those skills, I began working in an Estate Agency and 17 years later, I am now a Branch Manager at Giggs and Company.Having worked and lived in Cambridgeshire all my life, I have excellent knowledge and experience of the area which works in tandem with my ability to manage a team and a busy office, keeping everything and everyone on track and organised. Joe Perrin, Property Professional

I spend my time at Giggs and Company arranging and carrying out property viewings, keeping vendors up to date with their property sale, and generally giving advice on how to best sell properties.No day is the same at work, and that's actually something I need, together with knowing that I'm helping people achieve their goals - their dreams even - almost every day. It's not too difficult for me to know how to sell homes in St Neots and the surrounding area because I actually grew up here and now live in Great Staughton. I love the river and the town's history, and the fact it's so central to Cambridge, Milton Keynes, Peterborough and London. I'm only being honest when I say it's a great place to live. When I'm not at work? You can find me watching the Mighty Spurs with friends or at White Hart Lane; fishing; and I actually collect local vintage glass bottles - either beer, mineral water or ginger beer from old local manufacturers like Addington and George Taylor.I love history, and a good old conspiracy theory, and (I know I'm not going to live this one down) I won Boots Baby of the Year in St Neots in 1987!

So my job does involve house sales and negotiations but there's a lot more to it than just that. It's like I match people to properties. I can sometimes see just what someone (or a couple or family) needs, even when they don't totally know it themselves. It's all about listening really and getting people to relax in your company so that you can learn what you need to do the job well. And luckily for me, that's my strength - I love interacting with people.The office is a good place to be - we're lucky, there's a great camaraderie between us, which is great but also really useful if we have not so good days. We're there for each other.I am a St Neots boy - I've lived in Eynesbury, Eaton Socon and St Neots, and now live in Great Paxton nearby with my wife and two children. I love the town, and am super-involved with the St Neots Dragon Boat Team. I met my wife through dragon boating and now help run the club. We've just started organising team-building sessions for local businesses too, which should be fun!Something people may not know? For ten years I worked in HM Prison Service as an officer and supervisor. It taught me a lot about people, but the irony is not lost on me that I used to lock doors for a living - and now I spend my days opening them... Am I happier? No question!

Before joining Giggs & Company I was a personal assistant for three regional directors at Moto Hospitality. Every day was different, I was always meeting new people, I had to be super organised and I was never sitting at my desk doing the usual 9-5!My new role as a Property Professional means I get to use all the skills I learnt as a PA as well as helping someone on their journey to finding their dream home, which is far more exciting and fulfilling. When not at work, I love travelling and I've been lucky to visit some really cool places - Bali, Iceland, South Africa and Australia for example. I'm a country girl at heart though and Sundays are my favourite day because it means country walks with my dogs and a roast dinner.

My role at Giggs and Company involves speaking to clients, supporting our amazing property professionals, looking after systems and processes and managing the general day-to-day running of the front and back office. I joined estate agency when I was 17 and I really don't see myself anywhere else. My passion for the role comes from always being on the go during my childhood. I have moved house 15 times across two countries! I always enjoyed looking around properties with my parents - and here I am selling them now! I'm from West Yorkshire... until very recently! I fell in love with the St Neots location in 2017 and finally made the move here in 2020.Out of work, I really like dabbling in arts & crafts. I also enjoy visiting my family back in Poland or up north. I'm fluent in Polish, I'm a huge dog person and I love a good 80's pub night!

Before working at Giggs and Company, I spent many years working for Virgin Retail in London. My role was in retail operations and office and facilities management and I had an additional job as a private PA. I was spoiled, because during my career there, it was exciting and innovative and I worked with some incredible people. So when the opportunity came up to join Giggs and Company, I felt lucky to work with a team of equally exciting and incredible people. As Branch Administrator, I utilise my skills, knowledge and experience to deliver excellent customer service for our clients, as well as establishing effective processes that benefit everyone in a business! Outside of work, I love to cook and I'm passionate about Indian food and culture. Long country walks and Pilates are high-up on my list too. My husband and I have known since I was 16 and I have a daughter and two cats who are both adorable and frustrating! I moved away from St Neots in my early 20s and returned in my late 40s and, whilst I absolutely love returning to London (when I can), I love the quieter pace of life living in St Neots brings and being close to my family again.
